The BlingWiz(tm) Rhinestone Designer v2.0.1 w/ the BlingWiz Transfer!
System DIY Instructions will be available soon! Comparable in performance
to a $100K rhinestone motif machine. General specs: 25 pc. per min.,
Sizes 6ss-16SS, up to five banks (or user custom array), and works with
a plotter/cutter machine.

Custom Rhinestone Designs:
Most custom transfers ship in 2-7 Days.
You may email an image created in Word or a design application, they
will be used to trace into a rhinestone design. Glass rhinestones are
high quality and have the same clarity and brightness as Swarovski crystals;
Only with very close inspection can you tell the physical cut difference.
If price vs quality is an issue, I usually recommend considering some
glass and some Swarovski crystals-- all mixed or specific design elements
you want really to "catch the eye". All custom design orders over $50
receive complementary rhinestone designer software access. Discount
pricing avail. for orders $75 and over. For custom orders over $150
email for quotes.
Payment:
All online sales transactions are through secure PayPal website to PayPal
account owner @ blingwiz,com
If paying for a custom rhinestone design order, you will be invoiced
via PayPal.
Taxes:
CA sales tax applies to all orders shipped to CA. Tax is applied to
entire order including shipping. No tax is assessed on software downloads
of Blingwiz.com Rhinestone Designer Program registration.

Most orders ship in 1-2 days.
USPS First Class Parcel Post 48-STATES(2-5 days): $1.00 - $4.99.
USPS Priority US/Canada (1-3days): $5 flat rate shipping
USPS Global Priority Mail / Air-Mail Parcel Post: $12-25, rates vary

Quality Assurance: All transfers ship with a few extra rhinestones. You are encouraged to take advantage of our free rhinestone sample offer to see for yourself the quality of the glass rhinestones. If you need to see Sawovski crystals: all craft stores carry them and feel fee to compare their prices to ours.

Returns & Refunds:
Embellishments and supplies must be returned in like-new condition within 30 days. Refunds cannot be given, only credit for actual item price, not including shipping. For your protection, the postal service strongly recommends insured shipping in case of loss or damage. Clearance items are non-returnable. If you feel you are entitled to a refund, for any purchase, you may submit your request via email, please be specific as possible.
